Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. We meet you, learn about your business and what you need, and give you a fixed quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
How do I switch to AME Advisors from my current accountant?
Tell us you would like to move and we contact your previous accountant for the records we need. Most changeovers take a couple of weeks and need very little from you.
Does my company need an audit?
Many small Irish companies can claim audit exemption if they meet the size criteria and file on time. Companies limited by guarantee, group companies and some others have different rules. We can check your position for you.
Can you help a company based outside Ireland?
Yes. We help overseas companies and non‑resident directors set up Irish companies and branches and stay compliant afterwards.
Do you work with UK companies?
Yes. We prepare accounts and corporation tax returns for UK companies and handle Companies House filings.
